Welcome_to_Hartford1

The 2026 American Navion Society National Convention will be in Hartford WI.  We have selected the Hartford Municipal Airport (HXF)  The Convention will be from June 14th until June 20th.

Our apologies for taking so long to finalize the details, but the final registration form can be found here.  2026 Convention Registration

In addition to registering, don't forget to nominate people you feel fit for Navioneer of the Year or the Nancy Judy award.  Plus, if you would like to be more involved in future of ANS, consider running for the Board.  All of those will be found here. Convention 2026 Nominations

Hartford Wisconsin has a rich history, Midwest charm, and is close to Milwaukee, so we have lots of things planned for the group.  Not to mention, it is close to Oshkosh and the home of EAA. You can find the planned schedule here. Convention Schedule  As some events are weather dependent, the schedule may be adjusted during the week.

KFHXF is a pilot's airport.  There is an active pilot community, where frequently the grills come out when the flying is done for the day.  KHXF is also the home to CubAir, where you can still get old-school primary flight instruction in J-3 Cubs.  Our local hosts are David Bejvan (ANS Member and Board Member), the local pilots of KHXF and Steve Krog of CubAir.

Hotel reservations are available at Cobblestone Hotel &Suites-Hartford.  You MUST call the hotel directly for our group rate (under American Navion Society).  The phone number is 262-670-6010.  Regular king and double queen rooms are availble for &175+tax/night.  Suites are available for a slight up-charge.

Rental cars plans are still being finalized and will be added here, later.  For some reason, the local Enterprise office is unwilling to work with us on weekend arrivals and will not leave cars at the airport, so alternates are being pursued.

Please remember to provide nominations for Navioneer of the Year, the Nancy Judy Memorial Award, if you would like to recognize a member.  Also, if you would like to be more involved in the ANS, you can run for a spot on the Board of Directors.  There are 3 spots on the board which are up for renewal this year.
